in which our heroine gets new music AND savory salad!
i can't remember the last time there were so many dogs at my house in one day....
i don't quite know how this happened, but it would seem that this is the only real shot i got with harvey....
really, i gotta start paying attention...
friday night bex came over with a buncha cd's for a listening party! i don't know why she's looking so serious here....
tessy lurved sitting in bex's lap
which of course made gertie wanna get in touch with her inner lap dog.....tessy looks like she's contemplating whether or not bex's lap can fit her as well....
although they were both hanging out together just fine, you know....when the lap wasn't available...
here i am with gertie and the possum she gutted...

i would love for gert to help the tessinator deal with those squirrel bastards out back any o'time!
saturday i dealt some more with the strawberry patch
i also mulched the front bush....i think you can see it quite clearly now....
the other thing i think you can see quite clearly, is how the wysteria surely is going to engulf the house, any moment now!
what i engulfed this weekend was this \/
i love the rice noodles and hot vegetables/hot veggi-meat on top of the salad, so the raw veggie's melt a bit. i used to get this alot for lunch when i worked at cal....
now...if i could only figure out how to make me somma that SOMOSA SOUP (see previous discussions of burma superstar)
ALSO-ALSO: i got my cd burner up and working on sunday (which is why there are no picts from sun/ i was basically glued to my computer), so i've been making some long-overdue mixed cd's for friends! i will send a copy of CAN WE STILL BE FRIENDS? * 16 trax to a better understanding to the first person to comment to this post! (don't leave your address; i'll email you!)
