have you ever had the experience of seeing something with your peripheral vision that you just instantly knew was, wrong, wrong, WRONG!? yesterday i was driving down bridge street/route 10 (for you sf folks, it's like mission street, but not in a city), and i saw this dog walking near the road without a human in sight. i kinda felt panicked about it, in a way, but all i did was just pull over to the side of the road, give the dog about a pocket full of dog cookies, put her in the car, and took her home.

the dog had no collar, or i woulda just brought her to her home, instead of my home. i figured she prolly slipped out the door without being noticed. i gave the particulars to the police department, and waited for a phone call.
tessy was brilliant about the whole thing, despite her pleading looks in this pict, who is this bitch taking my toys and getting in my bed?

my answer to it all? COOKIES! which is prolly why bubellah followed me every single step of the afternoon...

until she was picked up! i got the phone call in the early evening, and her mum picked her up shortly afterward. it was all kinda exciting...
