in which i come to the conclusion of why i like PUSHING DAISIES so much
i had an epiphany this weekend.
in so many ways, pushing daisies
is an american version of amelie
the omniscient narrator, the vivid colors of the cinematography, the importance of minute subjective factoids, the quirky love, the witty banter, the great wardrobe for both male and female characters, the fairy-tales-can-come-true implications, great supporting characters who may sometimes overshadow the main characters, a projected sense of vindication, the music, the flashbacks, the comedy.....
also:
i made tessy a new sweater, with a yellow swiss dot grosgrain bow.....i'm thinking about adding a chickadee applique on the back, just to push it to anthropologie limits....

Seriously. My dogological clock is ticking something fierce. And these sweaters are not helping it any.
I hope they dont cancel the show. Genius. And funny.
Have you heard her sing in 'Wicked'?
So amazing. Chenoweth I mean.
And are you on Ravelry yet? It is so good.
Knitting socks on size 0 and it is driving me crazy although I have now fallen in love with toe up . SO EASY!!! And with short row heel & toe there is nothing to it.
Whoa
