apparently the marriage between function and design still lives

this is the most beautiful anti-skateboarding device i've ever seen

although i'm not necessarily endorsing anti-skateboarding devices, i do have to say what a little thrill i get when i see concrete use of function and design (pun intended)

i'm wicked tired again tonight. after a lovely bowl of soup, i'm going to fall asleep to this show that's attempting to go to the geographical locations of the bible...in order...at first i thought it would definately put me to sleep, but the narrator/host is quite interesting.....

those are nicer than the ones i just saw (w/ Seanie!) outside One Beacon where they added big hunks of polished granite along the length of the wall. there were always sk8rs there dropping of the wall, falling on the ground sometimes one with a video recorder. funny, this post reminded me of the conscious thought i had when i saw them then.

happy nude year! i totally owe you a call. i was sick for new year's eve and didn't go out but secretly happy about it.
